Email Tutoring

For all of our registered parents and students who have access to email, we offer you our professional tutoring help on demand through our Email Tutoring Services.

How does it work? First you register for Email Tutoring in the main registration page.

After your registration and payment process is done, Tutor11 will assign a tutor to you who will contact you within 12 to 24 hours after your payment process.

Then, you simply email your question to the email address that your personal tutor has provided you with, (and you also CC it to etutoring@tutor11.com ) anytime between 12 o'clock ( noon ) and 8:00 pm and we guarantee that someone will get back to you usually on the same day as question submission.

If we are unable to get back to you, you will not be charged and the question will be answered by the very next business day. That is our promise.

Phone Tutoring

Due to a growing demand for tutoring needs, we are pleased to offer affordable phone tutoring services to our established student. This service is accessible 7 days a week all year round.

Whether you are stuck on a calculation or need help understanding a concept, our tutors are ready to give you quick and efficient solutions. You can access our educational experts at $35 per hour with a minimum of 10 minutes per tutoring session.

To access a tutor by phone, you first have to register for phone tutoring in the main registration page . Once you have been assigned a phone tutor (this will most likely be your regular tutor) then simply call your tutor between 12 o'clock ( noon ) and 10:00pm and provide your name and telephone number for security purposes. Once you have been confirmed by your tutor you can get started right away.

Translation
