At Tutor11 we only hire the best tutors in the field. Our tutors include PhD, Masters and graduate students as well as Teachers, Teacher Candidates, and individuals with Technical Certification. Students are assigned to the same tutor through out their duration with Tutor11. Our tutoring instructions are uniquely individualized and 1-on-1 so that our students may reap the full benefit. After each tutoring session, each tutor is required to speak with the parent or guardian of the student and provide the highlights of the session. Tutor Agreement:

Tutor Agreement:

1.Tutors are required to follow the regiment set out by the administrative staff at Tutor11. 
2.Tutors understand that all company and client information is strictly confidential and distribution of this information is strictly prohibited. 
3.Tutors are not allowed to deal with students and handle the payments. All payments must go through Tutor11 administration.
4.Tutor shall conduct him/her self in a professional manner at all times with the clients as well as the Tutor11 administration. 
5.Tutor must maintain an open channel of communication with the clients (i.e. parents and students) as well as the Tutor11 administrative staff to ensure that tutoring is approached in a proper manner. 
6.Tutors understand that they must be properly prepared for each tutoring session. This includes academics, proper attire, as well as punctuality. 
7.After each tutoring session, each tutor is required to speak with the parent or guardian of the student and provide the highlights of the session.                          
8.Tutor shall not, under any circumstances, engage in activities that may prohibit proper tutoring. 
9.Tutors understand that Tutor11 will take necessary action against those tutors who get involved in unlawful and unethical conduct. 
10.Tutors may only cover material with the student that is specified by the student or by the parent or guardian. Tutors are not to introduce new material to the students unless stated by the parent or guardian. 
11.Tutors are responsible for filling out all the online administrative forms accurately and clearly. 
12.Tutors are responsible for updating their online hour records by the end of each month properly and accurately. And must have all the Student Verification Sheets with the student signatures mailed by the end of each month.
13.Tutors must notify the client as well as Tutor11 about cancellation and rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. 
14.Tutors are required to reply to the administrative or cliental phone calls immediately or at least with in 24 hours. 
15.All Tutors are required to stay for a 1 year contract with Tutor11. During this time the tutor must honour all the expectations and responsibilities as outlined in Act 1. Tutor11 maintains the right to terminate this agreement. 
16.The tutor agrees to abide by current Federal, Provincial, as well as appropriate Local legal legislation with regard to the Intellectual Rights of Tutor11, Ontario Education Act for the protection of student records, and local by-laws of business protection and competition. 
17.Tutor11 pays $_17.00_ per hour for students above grade 8 and $_15.00_ per hour for students below grade 9 and ESL.
18.The tutor can terminate the contract any time with a two weeks notice.
19.The tutor has the right to suspend a session based on emergency or any other matter as long as he/she notify the student a at least 4 hours before the tutoring session. 
20.The tutor has the right to refuse new assignments if he/she does not want to get any new students.
21.Tutor11 reserves the right to assign or reassign tutors to students and visa versa. Tutors are prohibited to engage in tutoring services with Tutor11 clients if the service is not supported by the Tutor11 Company. This restriction is valid for as long as the tutor continues to work under Tutor11 and 12 months after the tutor has terminated their contract with Tutor11.
22.The Tutor agrees not to accept any offer for Tutoring services from any parent/guardian introduced to the Tutor via Tutor11 Inc., while under the procedure of abiding to this agreement and for a period of 12 months after termination of this contractual agreement.
23.In the event of termination of this agreement, the Tutor shall receive a fee corresponding to his/her tutoring services up to the date of termination.
